A product of Max Harnishfeger's fertile mind, EP of Bugs is a little album about little, well....bugs. Imagine a thumb-harp played by a honeybee wearing beatle boots. Then imagine several tiny spiders with little top hats and canes dancing a jig. Each song is led by a different instrument but don't fret, Max's charming voice provides just the continuity you find yourself wishing for whilst pondering the vast implications of modern entomology. You may be tempted to compare this batch of songs to say.....Sufjan Stevens, Beirut, or even M. Ward. And that would be nice.
